Skor Bar Cupcakes

This is a moist chocolate cupcake filled with sweetened condensed milk, homemade caramel sauce and crushed up skor bar.  It is topped with a vanilla buttercream and sprinkled with more crushed up skor bar pieces. It is a cupcake that needs to be eaten with a fork because the sticky goodness leaks out after the first bite! Sooooooo yummy!!!!

4 Dozen Different Kinds

I got an order for quite a variety of cupcakes the other day!!! I was not even overwhelmed with having to make them and also finding the time to do it!! I made a double batch of vanilla batter and used that as the base for 3 of the kinds!! Then I made a batch of chocolate!! The kinds I made were cookies and cream, coconut cream, blackberry lime and Reece Peanut butter Cup!! I thought they were exceptional!! I divided the vanilla batter into three and added lime zest to one, coconut milk as well coconut extract to another and crushed up Oreo cookies to the last one.  I also baked a blackberry in the centre of the blackberry lime cupcakes! I had fun making them and was very proud of how well they turned out!!!

Cookies and Cream

A light and fluffy vanilla cupcake with crushed up Oreo cookies baked in the batter.  Filled with a creamy vanilla filling, topped with a vanilla buttercream (can be customized to suit your favourite color!!!) and garnished with a mini Oreo cookie!  Yummy!!!

Reece Peanut Butter Cupcake

Peanut butter and chocolate unite to create this flavour bursting cupcake!  Baked inside is a mini Reece Peanut butter cup and then the dark chocolate cupcake is topped off with a creamy peanut butter buttercream!  Who can say no to peanut butter and chocolate!! Enjoy!
